Shannon is an actor and playwright from Galway. She recently appeared in YAQUI and BÉAL for which she was a performer, writer and deviser.

In 2019, she graduated from the Giles Foreman Centre of Acting in London. Shannon first got her taste for performance when she joined the street theatre group, Macnas, in which she worked as a street performer and puppeteer for numerous parades across Ireland and London.

She has been funded by the Arts Council’s Agility Award in 2021 and 2023 to write her play THE TALE OF THE JAPANESE SEA LION, and her new play is currently under development. She completed an MA in Theatre Practice and Production at University of Galway in 2023.
