Des is an actor from Carlow, currently based in London and Dublin. 

Most recently, Des has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Underground Cinema Awards 2021. He plays the role of Ronan in SHELLS, directed by Ais Brady. He also features in Three Ireland’s Autumn 2021  TV commercial.

Theatre Credits include the role of O’Donnell in MAKING HISTORY (dir. Denis Conway) and Benvolio in ROMEO AND JULIET (dir. Geoff O’Keefe).

Des is also experienced in corporate role play, working with CSW Global for companies both in Ireland and abroad. Des trained at the Gaiety School of Acting, graduating from the Two Year Professional Actor Training Programme in 2016.
