Ciaran has performed in all of Ireland’s 32 counties, all over the U.K, France, and the United States.

He has enjoyed playing such diverse characters as QC Standish O’Grady, King Arthur, Kevin O’Higgins, Arthur Cleary, Ned Kelly, Bobby Sands, Ernie O'Malley, Samuel Beckett and Lord Beaston.

Theatre productions include GREEN STREET, ALONE IT STANDS, MELTDOWN, MELODY, ROMANTIC FRICTION, 44 SYCAMORE, JUNO & THE PAYCOCK, and THE WELL OF THE SAINTS.

He has appeared in over 20 TV and film productions including GAME OF THRONES, THE CLINIC, ON ANOTHER MAN’S WOUND, MIST OVER KILRUSH HOUSE, BACHELORS WALK, BALLYKISSANGEL, ARISTOCRATS, and THE BILL.

More recently, he played Terry Armstrong in FAIR CITY, prior to that Matt Karlie in DECEPTION for TV3, and Kevin O’Higgins in BÁSÚ for TG4.

Directing credits include ALONE IT STANDS for The Olympia and a nationwide tour, GABBY for Ballina Arts Centre & THE POOR MOUTH. He is also a well established Voice Over artist.
