Des is a London-based actor from Carlow.

He recently wrapped filming on HOUSE OF GUINNESS, written by Stephen Knight, which is set to premiere on Netflix in 2025. Des also appears as Chris Boyle in Season 3 of HARRY WILD, starring alongside Jane Seymour, currently streaming on Acorn TV in the UK.

Des was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Underground Cinema Awards 2021 for his role as Ronan in SHELLS, directed by Ais Brady. He has also featured in commercials for companies such as Three Mobile and Aldi.

Des’s theatre credits include O’Donnell in MAKING HISTORY (dir. Denis Conway) and Benvolio in ROMEO AND JULIET (dir. Geoff O’Keefe). He is also experienced in corporate role play, working with CSW Global for companies in Ireland and abroad.
